These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lumen Daily mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Lumen Daily grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the Standard EULA for licensed applications).
Lumen Daily offers an optional premium subscription ("Lumen Pro") available as a monthly or yearly plan. The current prices are:
Prices may vary by region and are displayed inside the App in your local currency.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your Apple device.
Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Lumen Daily does not issue refunds directly.
Lumen Daily is a wellness-inspiration app. Its content is for informational and motivational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional. In the United States, you can dial or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code, (b) use the App in any way that violates applicable law, or (c) attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the App.
Journal entries, saved affirmations, and other content you create are stored on your device. You retain all rights to that content. Lumen Daily does not claim ownership of anything you write.
The App, its design, and its generated content templates are owned by Lumen Daily and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMEN DAILY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumen Daily operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
